Payment for all UK sales can be made by Cheque / Postal order made payable to ‘The Treasury ‘ or by debit/credit card or PayPal.
Payment for ALL orders from customers located outside of the UK - MUST be made via Paypal, or by debit/credit card
Postage within the United Kingdom
We use Royal Mail for UK Orders. Orders are dispatched everyday (Monday – Saturday) and most customers do receive their orders the next working day.
Free P&P (UK Only) is available on orders over £35.00 using standard delivery.
In all other cases postal charges are £2.99 for orders up to £20 and £3.99 for orders up to £35.
The Treasury retain the right to dispatch items on the 'Free UK P&P offer' in the most economical way
The Treasury through the Royal Mail or courier aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible. Orders received are generally dispatched the next working day.
Should an item be out of stock or a special order we will obtain it as soon as possible. We will inform you via email if an item is out of stock and give you the opportunity to cancel your order, resulting in a full refund or offer an alternative product.
Orders for Delivery outside the UK.
Postage will be calculated on the packed order weight and a separate invoice raised prior to dispatch ..... The order will be dispatched imediately carriage payment is recieved.
Out of Stock Items:
We carry a large selection of craft items in stock and available for immediate dispatch, items which are shown as 'out of stock' can usually be delivered to customers within 14 days, subject to availability with suppliers. On occasions due to clerical errors or unforseen circumstances items are sometimes listed as available when in fact they may be out of stock, on these occasions customers will be notified that their item is presently out of stock and we will endeavour to order the item back into stock for delivery within 14 days. If this course of action is not satisfactory to the customer then they will be entitled to a full refund.
Return of Goods:
Customers rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be viewed at the Office of Fair Trading website - www.oft.gov.uk
Returns - Faulty/Damaged items:
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, please notify us as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days. Do not return any goods without prior authorisation.
Items which arrive faulty or damaged must be notified by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt, All faulty goods must be returned (unless express permission is given by The Treasury Crafts to the contrary). The customer will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement item which will be despatched on receipt of the return of faulty goods unless The Treasury Crafts states that return is not necessary. In the event that a replacement is not available then The Treasury Crafts retain the right to offer a full refund. The customer is responsible for obtaining proof of postage for all items returned.
Returns: Unwanted Items:
If you no longer require an item you have ordered, or if you have ordered the wrong item then providing it is returned within 7 days of the original order and is returned in its original unused condition and in the case of items in sealed packets they are still sealed and unopened then a refund of the cost of the item will be made in the same format that payment was received. The customer must pay for the cost of returning the goods and the customer is responsible for the safe delivery of the item back to The Treasury Crafts. No refund will be made in respect of shipping costs incurred either from the original dispatch or its subsequent return, in the event of an item being originally dispatched under the 'free postage' offer, the cost of this shipping will be deductable from the refunded sale.
Cancellation of Order:
All customers have the right to cancel their order and receive a refund of their payment. In the event that items have already been dispatched then a refund will only be issued upon the return of the goods. In these cases The Treasury Crafts retain the right to discount the cost they have incurred in shipping the item from the refunded payment.
The Treasury Crafts retain the right to cancel any order made by customers or refuse to sell any product to a customer. Where payment has been made then a full refund will be issued to the customer.
